"GALLESI SRL" is divided into small departments each of which is assigned to a precise and specific job.
THE CONSTRUNCTION OF MOULDS/EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT
Equipped with three N/C electroerosion welding machines one of which being new means that it is possible to perform quickly small moulds or provisional equipment for sampling purposes, prototypes or small series of parts and hence being able to respond immediately to the client's needs.
Equipped with 16 presses with a potential of 25 t to 200 t.
Equipped with 3 shearing machines to cut and straighten metal sheets in strips or boards this department is useful for the immediate preparation of non standard materials or for the production of lots.
There are 2 electric spot welding machines available for projection and spot welding, moreover welding of various types such as continuous thread, arc and autogenuous welding can be carried out on prototypes.
DEPT FOR FINISHING CHECKS TO ENSURE QUALITY/PERFECTION
A series of different machines allows us to do on our own small operations which are fundamental for the quality of the product leaving the company.
